Shipping Policy
- 2-3 Day Domestic Shipping within United States $10
- First Class International Shipping $25
- Priority Mail International 6-10 Day $45
- Priority Mail Express International 3-5 Day $55
Orders placed with Tem Jal will typically ship within 4 business days. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment, or otherwise - we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Tem Jal customer care by emailing info@temjal.com as early as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on all domestic orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered, unless otherwise noted. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information and indicate whether you prefer a return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
Sales Tax
All items shipped to addresses in Wisconsin will be charged sales tax of 5%.
International Orders
International customers are able to order from our website but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. Returns are not accepted for International orders at this time.
